Fantastic :D Worked great for me. It also fixed the Busybox problem I was having after using the Jit enabler.

If i reboot root permissions will be gone?
I rooted with this apk, used Titanium to wipe al the Moxier crap and would like to get back to the way it was, no root access.

Works like a charm btw, no trouble at all!

The version on the market has an 'unroot' button. I assume that the reboot method will not unroot your x10. Anyone care to confirm?

Just to make it clear this is not my work, I have taken it/linked it from another post on XDA - here.

    What this does

It is an app you install (currently you must side load it, but it will be on the market once it's had some testing here on XDA), that has a single button that will root your device. Should work on ALL Android devices -- please leave a note if it works or doesn't work on your device.

    How safe is this?

Should be 100% safe - nothing on disk is changed besides the root binaries, so if something goes wrong, simply rebooting the device should fix up any and all issues. Let me know if you find any bugs!

Ok trying now. One question... If I root and delete these pre-installed apps and have problems afterwards... can I just factory reset?

You will have to re-install the firmware or install the apps if you can.
