Templates are not workin...
The original poster made bad instructions. Its just a mess of 4 different download links all spread out. 
I copied both files (Homescreen.apk and MotoAtLauncher.apk) into both the root of my phone and the system/app folder (Which I had to create) and running them from the phone gave me "There is a problem parsing the package." What do I do? What did I do wrong?

If you had to 'create' system/app, you did something wrong, and you're probably looking at you SDCard. system/ is already AT the ROOT of your phone. You need to go into that folder(make sure you are ROOTED), then app, and paste into that folder, fix the permissions to reflect what the other apps already in that folder are, and then reboot.
if you download One More Clock from the play store, there is a preset theme that looks EXACTLY like that, unless you're looking for the actual widget from the phone then i dont know
Both of them work on my I717 (AT&T Galaxy Note) running CM10.1, but on the MotoAtLauncher, the dock doesn't work. It doesn't register any touches to dock icons. I can place icons in the dock, and it registers touches in the dock area (I can swipe from page to page using the dock area), but I can't open anything that's put on the dock...so I can't open my app drawer or anything.

Ok i dont have a attitude about it and haven't given up on it but if you talk to me like your paying me it makes me not want to fix anything just in case you didnt know most developers do this on there free time
