No, you will still be able to use cm7.2, cm9, cm10 etc with it. However at first it says "Rom may install stock recovery, Fix? SELECT YES. Hope this helps!
I asked you about 6.0.3.5 because I tought it was another version and would try it to solve blue screen but the link you posted is 6.0.3.7 recovery and I got blue screen also with that recovery.
What's wrong in my phone?why I can use only 5.0.2.6 recovery?
Sorry, I just tried the recovery and it does NOT allow to flash ROMS below CM11. I suggest you stay with CWM 5.0.2.6

RIL and WiFi working fine in cm11. So whatsapp and WiFi should work fine. Haven't tested yet so can't say about videos.
OK I cannot make it works on my ace. So what I would know is: can I unzip recovery and try to flash it via adb?
Could it solve my bluescreen problem or flashing it via adb is the same that flashing it via recovery?

I was able to restore a stock based backup made with 5.0.2.6 cwm. How I installed it was Odin flashed to stock restored a nandroid of cm7 then flashed the recovery. Works pretty good for me, so I don't know why so many are having problems.
