I strictly don't prefer titanium backup......It causes error in system......
Just use apkmanager to backup apks....Don't backup and restore data...

Sorry but I just get as far as the boot screen animation and it just stays there ... Running off an 8GB type 4 I think ... my eyes aren't as good as they used to be ... with a 2 Gb ext-2 partition. Installation was as smooth as silk .. execution .. nada ... any ideas what I might have done wrong ??

BTW .. rebooted 4 times and reinstalled twice ...

I di a manual wipe of the caches, data, etc ... I'll rerun the install using superwipe .. will report back on the results ... First I'm gonna flash a bog-standard rom and try to get back to the original state. It's a brand new phone and not my daily driver so I can play for a while ...

(Later ...)
I flashed CM 10.1 and that actually started up fine ... went back and did a manual wipe of everything except the sdcard partition (so effectively a superwipe) and reintalled TigerSense ... Same problem. Still sitting winking it's big red eye at me. I'm going out to grab a bite and a new SD card so I'll leave it to see if it's just a seriously long first boot. More soon.

Later still ...
Nope .. no go. Did a superwipe later and reflashed yet again .. still the same issue .. now I'm going to try it with a different SD card ...

Even Later ...
Tried it with another card and with another ROM in the Sense family .. still the same issues .. I'm beginning to wonder if it's not me screwing up the partitioning .. but I CAN see the sd-ext partition ... Symptoms point towards the fact that the loading sequence doesnt get to the point where it starts to load from the sd-ext ... Both this one and Sense 5 EX get to the same point in the boot process even if I take out the card and boot the phone without it .. splash animation comes up just the same.

Gonna do a bit more poking around
