1- edit your post and remove IMEI

2- explain in more details what went wrong, there is an RUU for you, but before rushing to RUU, you should explain the problem... what did you flash, what happened, when did it happen, and any info that you would consider important

srry to hijack this thread but i too have a similar problem with the htc one i received! it was in the htc one logo hanging position! and so i tried updating it to the GE edition, but it still is in the same thing problem! only stays in htc logo! pls find below my logs 1 is before i flashed any rom and 2 is after i updated to GE edition!

As BenPope mentioned please elaborate what it's doing, because I can confirm the 4.19.401.9 works (with LOCKED bootloader and S-ON): http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=52127142&postcount=30

bootloader definitely has to be LOCKED or RELOCKED with S-On!! check "Not so FAQ #2" : http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=52135024&postcount=2
