I don't know why it happened because cm10 should have hebrew and Android 4.x should support Hebrew.
When I used another rom from this forum which is Android 4.1.2 and cm10, Hebrew worked fine.
Hope you can help me.

Ok...I understand the problem: to have more space on phone I had deleted same font. Wait few minutes and I updload for U all cm10 font. Ok?

No, unfortunately it didn't help.
After I set permission to all the files, I rebooted and it got stuck on bootanimation.
I'm using Root Browser Lite for this.
I copy-paste the fonts folder from my sdcard to /system. Then, I overwrited that folder (tapped "yes"), and then I have a fonts folder but inside the exsiting.
/system/fonts/fonts.
I tried to delete the fonts folder, and copy the new one, but when I try to reboot, again, stuck on bootanimation.
Can you please explain me a step by step how to fix that thing?

Copy the fonts files present in fonts folder of zip file and paste theme into system/fonts...overwrite all, set permissions of all files in rw-r-r and reboot. Before that look on zip file if there are into fonts folder, two files named segoewp.

    Hi guys, today I want to present you 2 new roms, one based on CM10 of rohan007 and one based on his CM10.1.
    To improve and personalize the experience on our device, we have added some script and tweaks, substitute some apps and added a theme in S3 style.

    INSTALLATION GUIDE

    1) Download the Balt Rom;
    2) Copy the rom in your SD card;
    3) Reboot your device in recovery mode (POWER BUTTON + HOME KEY);
    4) Format /system;
    5) Wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache partition, wipe Dalvik Cache;
    6) Install zip from sdcard / choose zip from sdcard" and select cm10-Balt_Rom_vX and tap "yes";
    7) wait installation and then wipe cache and dalvik again;
    8) reboot, and enjoy!!!!
