I don't get the point of winzippah roms like this - you appear to have just added a new launcher to Oxygen, and renamed it in build.prop.

1st line of changelog states it's based on Oxygen. Which is precisely why I asked him what was different from oxygen, to which there is still no (proper) answer.
Don't usually quote myself but I should have inserted some sarcasm in there maybe!

This looks great! Nice ICS features and stuff,... but my question is, will camcorder work? and did you tweak GPS like Feathers Rom? And what about Dual Touch?

My phone gets reboot during configuration
OK i think it's problem with my phone becouse i'm getting reboot even on CM7 :O
I had it to. To solved this I format system via fastboot (in cmd fastboot erase system and next fastboot -w) i did it 3 times.
Anybody know how to manualy wipe dalvik cache? My cwm recovery 5.0.2.0 cant wipe it. Sorry for my bad english.

I might have a solution for that.
I couldn't install some apps either. For me, it was MyMensa and Oeffi. They didn't show up in the market and when I downloaded the apks and tried to install them I always got "Oeffi not installed".
So I ran logcatviewer while trying to install and the following error occured during the installation of the apps:
"ERROR/PackageManager(1136): Package com.xyz requires unavailable shared library com.google.android.maps; failing!"
And indeed, the library com.google.android.maps is missing in /system/framework folder!
So I downloaded the CM7 GoogleApps package from here. It includes the needed library! I flashed the zip file in Recovery and now all apps just work fine for me and show up in market again!
Please perform the above steps and tell me if this works for you or not. This zip file will also install some stock system apps like alarm clock, news&weather app and so on. If you don't need them, you can simply delete them using RootExplorer after flashing. They are located in /system/apps/
PS: As always, do a Nandroid backup before flashing the zip file. It worked flawlessly for me but youll never know..
