If it were up to me, I'd fix the updater script and cell service/data issue, but I haven't heard anyone else chime in on that issue, only the internal storage problem, which I don't have. But it's worth looking into. I'll try a fresh download today and see what it does.
I don't know if i had an issue with cell data service but i know that the internal storage wouldn't mount

After clean new downloads, fresh re-zipping with RC3's updater script, I wiped, flashed the new partition superwipe, flashed rom, gapps, and supersu, and it booted just fine. The only issues I have are cell/data not working, audio does not work, and camera does not work either. I don't think internal storage mounted properly because I cannot take screenshots, it says 'Couldn't save screenshot. Storage may be in use.', and the camera app FC's. So 4 priorities: updater script, cell/data, internal storage, and audio.
Please be specific with what you mean by audio is not working. Also, in internal storage, look for a folder in /sdcard called Pictures. Inside the pictures folder should be a folder named Screenshots. If there isn't one, create it, named exactly Screenshots. Then reboot and try screenshotting again.

That fixed screenshots, but as for audio, I get nothing, either with headphones or without. No speaker audio for ringtones, music, and nothing through headphones.
I'm on the latest RC (the version immediately prior to the milestone that's up right now) and the only issues I have are that there's no Daydream control in settings anywhere (at least I can't find it, and it's not under Display settings where one would expect it to be) and, like all CM11-based ROMs, my Square reader doesn't work because of some microphone issue (really wish the CM team would fix that). Other than those two things, the ROM is fantastic.
Any update on this.. Can we get one build made up of the two in this post as some of us can't merge the two files to make the milestone work...

I would recommend you revert to rc3 based off the user bug reports showing milestone is not quite ready for usage.

I'm sticking with this for the near future.
So many things about this ROM I love.
I was sick over the weekend, barely touched my phone. When I started using it two days later, the battery level was still above 50%. As I used it, I thought, Surely it will make a sudden drop into the low-teens.

It's a great ROM.
I couldn't find the setting to set LONGPRESS back button into a Kill Foreground App. I did it in PIE, but it doesn't seem to be sticking. (Don't quote me on that one, yet.)
Also . . . is there a way to change the icon for Halo? I really just prefer the flat blue circle, myself.

Initial downloads will be slow due to heavy traffic and our lower end server. Don't panic, just keep trying. Also be sure to report any new bugs or feature requests. We're always looking for things to improve on. One final note; these builds will always be for the new partition update. If you haven't updated, NO SOKP FOR YOU.

Looks like there are still only about 4-5 devices with the new RC4 to download. You guys weren't kidding about the slow upload I guess lol.
Edit: It has been 2 days since any other uploads have been posted. Any update on the holdup? Is there feedback holding up the rom, bandwidth limitations, solar flare, quantum conundrum, etc? I am really looking forward to giving this rom a shot after being on Sense 5.5 for so long, but I don't care to try an "ancient" RC3 rom when the RC4 is technically here.
