There is an epic list about ETA rules you should read

HTCDreamOn said:
  • If he hasn't uploaded it yet, it means it's not ready to be uploaded
  • If he has uploaded it, then he's uploaded it
  • If he says he's going to upload it, if he hasn't uploaded it before then, then of course he hasn't uploaded it yet
  • If you ask him when it'll be uploaded, he'll tell you either the same time or a later time. NEVER earlier
  • read that again. He will NEVER upload it earlier if you ask him. Asking him when it will be uploaded does not make it arrive earlier
  • If it is uploaded earlier than he says, it's not because you asked him. Because he will upload it when it's ready which will not be just because you asked
  • who actually cares when it will be ready? He has given screenshots of it being compiled and screenshots of it running. It works. He won't forget.
  • It's a ROM for your phone, worry about other things
  • If you ask for ETAs, his upload speed will not magically increase
  • If you know when it'll be uploaded, how does this actually benefit you?
  • Read a book
  • Listen to some music
  • enjoy the ROM you've got
  • stop asking for ETAs
  • If he uploads it tonight then it'll be uploaded. If he doesn't then it won't
  • If he says no then it won't be. If he says yes then it will be the same as whatever ETA he gave before
  • Learn to code or something
  • Please stop asking for ETAs
  • aww man I've been forced to write a non development related post in a dev thread because ETA requests annoy me so much
  • aww man I forgot when development work was actually discussed in dev threads because of all the ETA requests

Thanks for the rom! Going to test it out today!

Update: I've tested this rom for less than a day. So far it's rom fairly smooth, not too many hiccups. I think I ran into a force close when I tried to change the wallpaper (no biggy). Keyboards work for me, wifi, sms, mms. So far so good.

I didn't dig it more (installed ~8 hours ago) but until now it works like a charm! And I LOVE it!
( I miss trackpad wake up but hey, it's christmas :laugh: :D )

a list of what doesnt work for me:

  • aosp keyboard fc all the time, i cant type (physical keyboard doesnt work too) -> in english layout its ok
  • 362 mb of ram instead of 512 -> as VaderSKN wrote below this post
  • menu and back buttons doesnt work -> works after a reinstall

btw its faaaast and smooth

You've got 362 mb RAM because it's reserved for radio and other system tasks. All devices' RAM works like this.

Yes, but works on all versions because had the init.d script that active the adreno booster (at least the rom is super fast) :p

  • I will fix the keyboard. As I tryed to trim it maybe in some launguages will FC. But I will upload an patch ASAP
  • Of course that you won't get the full ram space. As @ VaderSKN said, t's reserved for radio and other system tasks. All devices' RAM works like this.
  • For me works :confused: Try to do wipe cache. Did you installed other GApps or mods?

keyboard - yeah, with english layout is works.

ram - ok, i didnt know that :)

menu and back key - after a reflash its working (in aroma i didnt install the framework mod, maybe its caused it or it was just a bad luck? :))

thanks for your respond, i reall love your rom

ps.: ah, an another bug:

in aroma i checked to install google+ and chrome, btw i have to reinstall them from play, google+ asked me to reinstall, because its not working, chrome just showed up and then closed. after reinstall from play, they are working.

on home screen, after i press menu and choose wallpapers a google search fc window just appears, so it wont load wallpapers screen (every time).

I will upload the keyboard, and will fix the chrome and google+ bugs. About the Launcher problem, i will look about this problem. Once again thnks for the feedback. I will upload a new version today :highfive:
