download from my storage version 2.3.4.0 (http://www.dorimanx.com/LG-LP) it's ORIGINAL APK, no changes.

toss it to /system/priv-app/ using any ROOT file manager.
set 0644 permissions on file.

edit /system/build.prop
make sure to use GOOD editor that allow large file support!
last line should be:
ro.pip.gated=0 (or at least you must see it with editor! = good editor)

at the end of the build.prop add:

# Viper4Android
tunnel.decode=false
lpa.use-stagefright=false
lpa.releaselock=false
lpa.decode=false

save, make sure perms are 0755 on file.

edit /system/etc/audio_policy.conf

delete or comment deep_buffer function! from: deep_buffer { BLA BLA BLA } (# = comment, ROM will ignore that line)

Code:
# deep_buffer {
# sampling_rates 44100|48000
# channel_masks AUDIO_CHANNEL_OUT_STEREO
# formats AUDIO_FORMAT_PCM_16_BIT
# devices AUDIO_DEVICE_OUT_SPEAKER| (LONG LONG LINE!)
# flags AUDIO_OUTPUT_FLAG_DEEP_BUFFER
# }
save, make sure perms are 0755 on file.

Reboot, you will see viper4android app, open and install driver after SU access..
Reboot!

now you have viper4android working"

Please do this, no need to erase lines in .conf file, just add # symbole before each lines mentionned, I do this + edit build.prop and now it's working great.

Hi!

I have an xperia z1 compact with 5.0.2 lollipop. But i didn't find deep_buffer function in audio_policy.conf file. What should i edit to work? because the driver status status is still abnormal.

Uninstall driver
Reboot
Uninstall v4a
Reboot
Create folder in /system/priv-app with v4a name minus ".apk"
Copy v4a apk in that folder
Change v4a apk permissions to 0644
Change v4a folder permissions to 0755
Reboot
Open v4a and install desired driver and reboot when prompted
Enable v4a

Me too on Viper 1.9.1, but with their kernel since ElementalX doesn't support T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling. Some things with V4A seem to be working, but my ear isn't good enough to really tell if others are too.
