there is no repack of FC14 so no unless he cooks with other kernel.
I'll try to run it with FC07 repacked kernel.
Actually copying rom to my phone to test it as I type this.
I'm actually running the FB27 modem and by far that is THE BEST! Great battery!!!

92This ROM is completely stock with exception that root/busybox is included and it uses the stock(No CWM) kernel.
All must be flashed through CWM, so flash the modem also in the same CWM session because once you reboot, you won't have CWM
Factory reset \ Data format is HIGHLY recommended(use FORMAT ALL attached before flashing)

I always send him the kernel from new builds as soon as I get them, it's just not an easy/fast process to repack17
I'm out of town right now, but will have fc13 and fc14 pre-rooted oneclicks tested and uploaded end of tomorrow (fri)
It is a little more work, but I can create the oneclicks w/o a tar release so you'll have fc13 and fc14 end of friday.16
-GPS lock - GPSD was updated
-notification sounds - there was an update to the audio policy, so could be fixed
-wallpaper sizing - Not an issue with TouchWiz, so I doubt it will be fixed13
Actually I had it done since about 12pm yesterday, just waiting on repacked kernel to do testing
