Sorry, edit button doesn't work from my phone it seems.
When I say too demanding that might not strictly be TRUE. Winrar or the Samsung thing may theoretically be fine but winrar in particular might be dreadfully slow. Chrome probably wants a far more powerful machine that this can emulate though, chrome is not a lightweight browser at all. UTorrent I have no idea.
In the ported applications threads there are several programs which will reduce your need for the above.
Instead of uTorrent there is a pics of software called "free download manager" (FDM) which among other things can serve as a torrent client. Instead of winrar you can get 7zip which is a far more capable archive tool than winrar. Using these will be faster than emulating old software by APPROXIMATELY 10 times.
Chromium (open source/dev builds of chrome) is planned to be ported to windows RT natively. Until then your stuck with internet explorer which isn't as bad as it used to be.
The Samsung thing, no chance. If you connect your phone via USB you can manually access the phone storage and search for music etc yourself. Contacts on android devices can be synced by web. Other than that, no chance of getting samsungs tools on RT.
