from where do you have the modded framework? your font look a litte bit smaller?

it is launcherPro
and hire are the icons and dock in the attachment and the dialer
just make a launcerPro Backup and after download this and overwrite in the /sd card launcherpro_backup
and you have the icons and all
and for the dialer in the attachment install in mnt/system/app overwrite the original one
