Been having problems with downloading host files from http://hosts-file.net/ad_servers.asp anyone else? Are there any more sites i can add?

Sometimes, some of the servers can't be reached, maybe due to high traffic or various other possible reasons. This is just normal and will usually be fixed after some time. Just wait a few days and you will see that it works again.

As others have said make sure you have the latest version (2.3). Go to settings and FC the app. Clear cache and data from AdAway. Before opening AdAway again clear all cache from other apps/phone with something like Clean Master or App Manager. Once cleared reboot the phone, and then open AdAway. Download new host files. Reboot the phone. All should be good. I like to use App Manager since I use it for more things than just clearing cache, but any app that does that function should work.
