Because u need rom manager premium I think. Just ask a mod nicely to move it so u don't get temporarily banned or anything like that.

I'm pretty sure CM9 nightlies are only for the Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus S for now. ICS on the G2x isn't stable enough to be a nightly, thus there's none for the P999 as of now.
If they move it, it wont do much good. You wont be able to post in it. If you didn't read the stickied all caps post at the top of the forum: "[REF] SEARCH BEFORE POSTING Non-Development Related Threads Will GET YOU BANNED!!!!"
They don't do expirementals in ROM manager, just nightlies and full builds. Unless there's a new RC then don't even mess with experimentals, if you really want you can download from your phones browser.
Hope you don't get banned for posting a non-development related thread in the developers forum.

Just download it from the site. I don't see why you would want experimental builds anyways, they're outdated right now, the last RC was released in June of 2011. Just flash nightlies.
