When you plug in your phone to Flashtool, it should tell you if you have bootloader unlocked.

assuming you are coming from stock or sony based rom. dial *#*#SERVICE#*#* and check the bootloader status.

Anyways what's the difference between this and the official cm9? Is it safe to flash that?

FXP is based on CM9, but includes some fixes and modifications specifically for Xperia phones. However, now that the official CM9 for the Arc is released as stable, it's more than safe to flash the CM9 release. I'll flash CM9 now, and then flash the next FXP release in case there should be any advantages or minor fixes.

FXP 133 is really nice. Its faster then the older releases.
Just one thing Ive said some weeks ago:
If the phones battery is lower then 15% the led is blinking every second... Its very annoying and I dont think, that this increase the battery life :)
Hope it get fixed soon.
