I've been trying for a while now to figure out how to get my "flip time/weather" widget back for my home screen and noticed you had it displayed. Is it something you downloaded? or can you point me in the right direction?

ADWLauncher EX,
Fluxed ADW Theme,
Rom Toolbox also allows changing of the stock icons for 3G/4G, battery, Wifi, etc.
But, can cause glitchy response from pulling down the notification bar.
If you change battery icons please note that you want to use a battery with the same percentages as the stock battery (20% increments) or you may notice more issues.

Here is a current screen of mine running Eclipse, I still have to finish my theme but I've only had it a day.
A little update. I still need to fix the signal bars, and I think I'm gonna change the notification bar background and notification close bar.
That's a nice setup! How exactly d oyou change the notification bar color and the icons? I've tried to locate the icons of GO launcher EX so I can edit them, but to no avail. Also, do I need to be rooted to get what you have?
