I am not seeing the same battery savings as others are. I am not using the "test" version, but the SBC version of the mostly stock kernel. The test version rebooted my phone twice and I can't stand when things like that happen.
I'm actually getting worse battery life than I got with the PoonSense kernel I was using.

Ok, so I flashed the first version of the kernel last nite. Put it on the charger, allowed it to soak. When I woke up I had my first bootloop ever. Did a battery pull and everything seems to be running great. View attachment 958282
Pretty amazing! You guys using the newer versions, and if so are they even better? TIA

With the reboots, did you clear your caches first?
And pertaining to battery life, the classic kernel runs on default governor, scheduler, voltages, so other than SBC, it should not compete with a custom kernel... The test kernel has a custom governor, etc, I hope to have all the basic stuff done hopefully by weeks end to publicly post the underworld kernel (custom). That one should compete better with other custom kernels..

I did wipe the caches. As far as the PoonSense kernel is concerned, I believe it is stock except it utilized the HDMwIn development for full HDMI mirroring.
Would the fact that I am running car o dopes tweaks have any effect?
I guess I don't see why it would.

Why don't you try running kernel without any tweaks for a day. Then add them later.

Awh man, I SUPPOSE I could do that.

By the way, I LOVE this thread. I'd follow it even if I wasn't using Classic!

I had a similiar issue early on, and forgot all about it. While at the zoo with the family. I put the phone in recovery and ran permissions after wiping the cache and made it through the rest of the zoo visit without issue. not sure if my actions helped it or just didnt have more issues. but you could give it a shot.Hey guys, looking for a little help here.
First off I have a Rezound and am in here for my fiance who has an Evo. She has been rocking this Rom for 4 months or so and it is by far the best Roms that has ever been on her phone, means she is not complaining to me about her phone all the time
One bug that keeps it from perfect is every once and a while, usually when taking multiple pics, her phone reboots when taking pictures. She is on the v0.0.5 Senseless. I searched a little through the thread but didn't see anyone else having the problem, anyone hear of anyone else with this problem or have any ideas that I can tweak to fix would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Kevin
stuff that i haven't added (but will for v0.1.0):
hide quick settings
features list (features app in app drawer will do nothing)
themed clock widget
quick settings with long-press capabilities (go to the quick-settings settings menu)
quick setting for classic control panel
quick setting for auto-sync
ca1ne's super kernel (still using stock)
Otherwise, everything works.
A full features list will be made before v0.1.0. Until then, just find the easter eggs for yourself. Thanks xda user AndroidON, I've added smooth scrolling and volume scroll mods as well. Makes a difference.
I can't thank enough dread7us for helping me with the ClassicControlPanel app. Some things do not work yet but will work by v0.1.0. I say two or three days testing of v0.0.9 and I will release the finale.
Thanks for your time and support
