01. download my ROM
02. optional: download any ADDON of my ROM
03. optional: make your OWN MOD, e.g. change framework_res.apk
04. put my ROM in the root of your SDCARD
05. optional: create a folder names "insextras" on your SDCARD
06. optional no ZIPALIGN: make a file names "zipoff" (blank file) and put it in the folder "insextras" on your SDCARD
07. optional no DALVIK-CACHE on SD-EXT (only CM7 users): make a file names "dalvikoff" (blank file) and put it in the folder "insextras" on your SDCARD
08. optional: put downloaded ADDONS in the folder "insextras" on your SDCARD
09. optional: put own modded file(s) in the folder "insextras" (with the same structur of ROM, e.g. you will flash a modded framework_res.apk: "/sdcard/insextras/system/framework" or "/sdcard/insextras/sdext/framework_s" <-- put in here your modded framework_res.apk) on your SDCARD
10: optional not deleted "insextras" after flash: make a file names "nodelete" (blank file) and put it in in the folder "insextras" on yor SDCARD
11. boot in recovery
12. flash my ROM

14. logfile: inslogfile.log in root on your SDCARD
