Congrats first, as always!
But more curiously, is the lag found in recent CM10.1 builds fixed in this CM10.2? Can anyone verify?

Update!Changelog:
- Fixed Camera (FFC still broken)

- Fixed built-in Torch app
- Keyboard FC (and buttons) fixed too
Now broken:
- Button rotate (New one is building with this fixed)

My sources now on Github for CM10.2! You can build a 4.3 like the Beta #3. I think, I found out, why the Vdec is dead, needs a rebuild...
And, of course, you need to make this change, to get the button rotate working! https://github.com/Evervolv/android_frameworks_base/commit/f2d59f2cd09f880844796dc4d639e35342dc40a2
“everything should work now ” means you have fixed the video playback ?

How to install this:
- You have to S-OFFed, of course
- Just download the ROM, wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, wipe boot
- Install the ROM, and if it's done, install the Gapps
- If your phone unlocked by HTCDev.com, you may have to flash the boot.img manually:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Yep, but without the phone, I can't test the bugs, so I need testers. And uploading everytime is a bit unreliable.
