I am pleased to bring to the Note community my kang build of the awesome Cookies and Cream ROM!

What doesnt work:
hold back to kill app
navbar only works for tablet
mode, its being worked on

As for Gapps I am currently using truth77's Gapps but 20120726 jb Gapps should also work.
Don't ask if others work, just try them and post your results.

This ROM contains the Cyanogen Mod kernel.
If you want overclocking flash one of DAGr8's kernels
Don't post about issues you have with them here.

Be careful with this ROM, it will end your desire to constantly flash!

Q: OMG where do I enable the navigation bar!?
A: Relax, it will be fixed by tonight.

Q: I'm getting a #7 error when trying to flash your ROM!?
A: Use TWRP or just update your CWM.

Q: Which Gapps should I use!?
A: Look in OP.

Q: What's different about this ROM!?
A: Look in OP.

Q: I'm having some crazy issues that no one else has!?
A: Guess what, you messed up. Use TWRP wipe system, and do a factory reset.
Then flash the ROM and Gapps listed in the OP and wipe cache/dalvik. Do not restore stuff with TB.

Q: How's the battery life in this ROM!?
A: Pretty damn good.

Q: Which kernel is the best!?
A: Try them both and figure it out yourself.

Q: Has the music bug been fixed!?
A: Everything seems to work fine.

Q: Bluetooth!? Is it fixed yet!?
A: Yes, look at krarvind's thread

Q: I am not getting notification lights!?
A: In advance settings uncheck and check the box.

Q: When I use the stylus there's a mouse pointer, how can I turn that off!?
A: Now I can tell you didn't search the thread, But I'm a nice guy, look here.

Q: WTF! hold back to kill app doesn't work even though I checked the box!
A: That's not even a question, but this is a known issue being worked on.

Q: What's the difference between this and the Paranoid Android we already have!?
A: Alot, try them both and use what you like best. Don't compare them here.

Q: Kang, kang, kang, kanger! You big kanger! Wait, what does it mean to kang!?
A: Ok well let's set the record straight on this one. Yes this ROM is a kang, but so is almost
every other ROM for the note. Kang means to take somebody else's work and put it to good
use. Credit is expected but occasionally not given. I for one always am the first to admit what I
am building is a kang. If the "dev" who built the ROM isn't the one who wrote the source then
he just made a kang build (for example, krarvind wrote the slim source, so his builds aren't kangs).

Been following all of your builds/threads a while now. I've used all of your roms at one time or another and of course followed the headache left for you in most of the threads. So with that let me say, thanks for the the work you have put in here at XDA on these roms and thanks for sticking around even with all of the crap some people give you around here. I'm flashing this rom as I type, no need to even follow up on this post because I know it will be another solid build.

EDIT Im in here and this is awesome got Paranoid settings and this awesome cookie monster boot ani Im set now I think this may be my ROM for a long time to come thanks Manel

Yeah running super smooth. Defiantly worth checking out!! You will not be disappointed! ;)

im too tired to flash tonight, i will in morning can anyone tell me with live wallpapers is there flicker? and has anyone had a wake-up error or random re-boot? either way i will be flashing this and eating a cookie in the morning... :p

Okay one issue can anybody help me out with getting the navigation bar buttons to show up I dont see anywhere in navigation settings to enable it

Sry for asking questions before you finished the OP Manel just wondering if maybe I was missing something right in front of my face

    All Concerned,
    First....last time I checked, which I check daily on all these ROMs, that are being provided, are done free and out of the kindness of the Makers, which is on their own time and own free will. When they want to update or add, is done when they want to...

    When users start asking and or demanding updates and or options, then it becomes, well not so fun anymore....

    Instead of just saying thank you sir for the work you are providing, for all to share in....or what if, now just hear me out, what if those requesting and or asking for changes or options or add-on, just learn to make the ROMs, since this is a development forum, wait let me check again...Yerp it sure is, a development forum.

    Bottom line; if you want to change or add...you learn it and you do it, if you want to run a ROM that was put together by any OP well take what they are shared, it is their product they are sharing, on their time. Hope we understand, BTW there are lots great ROMs in these GNote Threads if this one is not for you, there are more...
