mate been following this thread for a while i had ur app on my device for ages unused and forgot all about it. then i tried it out and found there was á few updates available. ever since ive pretty much used it everyday. ur updates r so quickly updated i dont realise mine is out of date! so nice one mate.
just a quick suggestion on uk youtube site (i think ONLY) they have full episodes from 4od 5player etc but not avalible on mobile site and for some reason i cant seem to play them through view as desktop.
really pissed off as i spent ages trying to do it!!

The Control.Invoke error should be fixed in the new version (0.7.6.0). I did not experience problems with the video not being playable. Can you try it again in the latest version.

By the way, will it be possible to implement possibility to see (and copy) the real youtube link when we select a video? (for blogs, etc)

EDIT: Youtube doesn't work for me. I've tried with all formats and the program says that the "video is not available in this format..." or coreplayer says "serveur error".
Can you try this again in 0.7.6.0? If it tells you that the video is not available in this format, it should also say what formats the video is available in. Something like "Please try one of the following formats: Standard, High, Mobile (Old)"

i started getting this recently with 0.7.4.0 and tried the latest one and still get it as well. youtube seems to have changed something.
Okay, I see now. I have that message in two places, and I only changed one. If you select Save it will tell you what formats are available, but I didn't do that for Play. For YouTube though, they have changed something in their API so streaming to CorePlayer does not work anymore. Playing YouTube videos using the built-in functionality in CorePlayer doesn't work anymore either.
I just tried it in a WM 2003 emulator and it seems to work okay, so I'd guess the problem is that you are missing .Net Compact Framework 3.5 on your device.

mVu is now open source
I have decided to make the source code for mVu available as open source. I remember when I first started this app how much I wished I had the source code for WVD so I could just update that and make it work instead of starting from scratch. I figured this is the best way to ensure mVu is always available.
That being said, I still intend to make updates and fixes to mVu as I have been doing. But maybe someday I'll get tired of it and someone else might want to pick it up.

You need to install .NET Compact 3.5 Redistributable before you install the Messages cab you mentioned above.
