HTC One or Xperia Z1S

Need some advice; I just bought a HTC One on Thursday and I enjoy it. However the Xperia Z1S comes out tomorrow...

Should I return the HTC One in favor of the Xperia Z1S? Let me know what you guys recommend I should do? HTC One or Xperia Z1S and why. Thanks in advance.

I have T-Mobile service.

The z1s has better hardware if the price is the same you should i think

The price is less actually. The HTC One was $640 after tax the Sony is $580. However there's a $50 restock fee if I return the HTC One.

I think that Z1s is better because the hard and is made it by Sony, HTC is throught a bad moment now, HTC One is not the better option in my opinion.

+better camera
+newer processor
+newer gpu

Htc one
+probably more custom roms
+better sound
