Email app has used 1.07 GB of my 3GB data plan for only 2 days ...

Just unbelievable ...

I clean flashed a custom rom. Set up account in the stock Email app 3 days ago... and I got a warning message from att saying I was nearing to get to my 3g data limit. Today I have passed my limit.
Because of the email app has used more than 1 GB ... why would it use that many ?

Check your email apps settings, because it could be set to sync all the time. So it would constantly be connecting to the internet to get the latest emails. Also, do you receive a lot of emails that have attachments? Attachments auto-download and use up data quick.
