Yes, and the new r3 release from AOSP also uses JLS36C build.

So just to clarify... V2 & V3 are only for the lte deb device and won't work on the wifi only device?

Had some troubles uninstalling system and user apps in R2. Does a hot reboot every time I try, whether with native apps menu, Play Store, Uninstall Master, or Apex app drawer. Installed initially with dirty flash, then tried full wipe, same problem for both.

This ROM are only for Flo (Wi-Fi version) . This uses the same build number as the deb version which is JLS36C.
If this ROM had for the deb device I would have been making a seperate thread on two sections.

Noway ! lol
SlimPie doesn't have any option to list all notifications
Did I get this right:
this ROM is NOT for LTE Nexus 7 (2013)?
Wich would explain why my LTE is looping in the initialization
Will this (or any other PA) ROM support the LTE devices?

Just installed man !
Good job. Few with this and no issue (no more settings fc)
Just did some antutu bench with original PA (no oc)
original PA : 23784
Your ROM : 20473
Yours is more stable (no DPI or settings issues) but do you have any idea that could explain that antutu difference ? I know we don't have to make heavy weight to this bench but, I'm just wondering
