does anyone has problems with the sound?

when playing music using Apollo or any other player with the DSP or Viper4Android the song has glitches(about a sec is skipped) and is very annoying.

this is happening at least on the last 3 releases.

Never happened on my Arc s but many people are reporting problems with music playback. Try flashing this http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1010807 (1024KB is more than enough for class10 memory card, higher values wont improve anything because speed is limited by your hardware). Also test with performance governor just to be sure.

If with 'soft button' you mean the App drawer button (...) then you probably swipe it slightly, instead of tapping it.
When you swipe it, it vibrates, but doesn't do anything.
Does that explain your problem?

Yes, does not work. Well, before it worked only for a minute and was unusable, so...
Wlan has always been buggy on the 3.x kernels. It resets frequently; browsing still works, but it's obviously a problem for tethering.

Testing Google Camera 4.4 to the latest Build110113 on Smultron

Google Camera from 4.4 works good with our devices running the latest build.
Some unconfirmed working fixes are:
-Green glitches disappeared ;)
-480p is running smooth. 720p is running in low frame rate. Both of this are just in preview but when I played the videos, the video is really smooth! Even on 720p!

Same on the Ray.
"720p" is actually 864x480. I think that is the result of Mike's change in the 13-Oct build.

Wipes aren't needed, your problem comes from your rom/kernel installation because elroysk's solution is good and works fine!
Sorry...

You broke something wipping.
- Flash anew old 20131024 build (kernel and rom) without any wippe
- When everything works as before, flash 20131101 kernel and rom without any wippe!
- To finish use elroysk's solution and enjoy!

this is getting repetitive, i know, but even after doing the above wifi still not working, what to do ?

Off-topic regarding a special KitKat feature called ART

Here's something you probably haven't even heard of yet. It's a little something that Google engineers have been working on for over two years, which will change the very way your Android smartphone runs apps.

ART, which is short for Android Runtime, aims to replace Dalvik and change the way your Android-powered smartphone runs. Dalvik is the one responsible for running apps on Android. Its runtime uses the JIT complier (Just-In-Time) to interpret bycode, which is a partial version of the original application code. ART uses the AOT process (Ahead-Of-Time) and basically pre-compiling the bycode into machine language the moment an app is installed, making them in essence native apps.

This will eliminate the need for a virtual machine or interpreting code, which will cut startup times greatly. Currently ART is in experimental stages but you can still enable it on your KitKat Nexus device by going to Settings > Developer options > Select runtime. Keep in mind that this will require a reboot and will take about 10 minutes to boot all apps up again. Also don't try this on other AOSP builds right now as it makes the OS crash and become unusable.

Initial observations show that execution time on most apps has been cut in half. And once Google gets around to making ART official, the runtime process would be market ready and much faster.

The compromises with this method of running apps is that each app would take a longer time to install, which isn't ideal if you're coming from a backup and are waiting for loads of apps to install. Also the app would consume more storage because the bycode is being fully compiled - around 10% to 20% more.

Still if ART proves ready for prime time it would promise better app loading times, increased battery life and superior multitasking. For a more detailed explanation visit the source link.

1. Yup anyone knowing about sony apps working in 4.3?? Someone said to me that sony apps must be compatible with 1android up but actually dont beleve him. But asking anyway just to be sure??

2. I dont want to write on pm to anyone or in development section. Also dont want to start unnecessary discussion but want to know something:

a) Kit Kat. Are you going to start development on this just when cm11 release or just finishing cm10.2?? Asking just to know how are our chances for this as I know will be harder to port than cm10 versions. Just how do you think about that mikeloanina??

b) With Kit Kat will be relesed new 3.8 kernel. Do you think it is possible to port or again problem with drivers will make it unable??

Just asking, dont want to start any unneeded discussion.
