Ok need testers again for the fix for the home screen for the power menu for v1.7
i have moded the rosie from v.7 so it should be good i havent tested it as i have not flashed v1.7 as i am working on another rom port so i cant say for sure it is right but it should be so it is a flash zip for EU only for now and same deal as before if it wont flash just drop the rosie.apk in the system/ apps folder one the phone and the androidpolicy.jar in the framework folder and reboot and let me no!
If it is still a issue with moving or removing the apps from the home screen then ill have to flash the v1.7 and edit the rosie and test it myself but all the widgets should be right since the widgets and rosie are all from the v1.7

Thanks Dansta. I flashed it the standard edition and it works, however the app draw isn't full screen anymore. There is about a 1/2 centimetre gap between the top of the app drawer and the notification bar.

Just a ****in suggestion

EVERYONE MOANING ABOUT THE BATTERY DRAIN.......i aint charged mine for 28 hours and its still on 68% whilst using alot.........if ya dnt like it,DON'T DO IT,im sure they'll be loadsa ppl doin it,works for me,im happy,thats all that matters

screen lines

anybody else gettin 3 little black lines on the screen,mainly on the battery icon and when something is loading,the loading symbol has 3 little lines running through it,cheers

Hey Langthang I tested out the 1080p camera and It is unable to record in 1080p. It does produce a .3pg but it is unplayable on any system. The 720p works but still lags. At least it gives us hope in the possibility to record in 1080p.

I really doubt you have used your phone A LOT for 28 hrs and you still have 68% battery, unless your a lot means no 3g, no data, a few text and phone calls , and no web surf.

This rom is awesome and even by having the screen on and spinning the carousel or looking at the weather it uses about 3x more battery that any other rom, so before you start talking **** about people complaining about the battery life, you should realize what's the battery drain comparison from other roms . Go flash NDT MIUI rom and see what saving battery is really like.

We are fortunate to have a Sense 3 ROM that works. It could be worse, no animation, no working weather screens, no 3D anything.....very boring. I hope you are ready to spend the bucks for the newest dual core upgrade! So far I'm getting the same for FREE!!

i dnt talk ****,i dnt come from liverpool lol,im just explainin what i've done and what has worked for me and unless u have been with me in person then u are UNABLE to tell me what i've used and how long ive charged my phone for or haven't.........but i'll try

been on ebay for 45 mins via WIRELESS,NO MOBILE DATA FOR ANYTHIN
been on you tube for 10 mins
been on facebook for an hour
used xda premium app for 30 mins
UNINSTALLED ALOT OF SYSTEM APPS I DNT USE,mainly the 1's that run in the background,
DON'T HAVE the weather as my lock screen
i have ANDROID BOOSTER(free) and setcpu installed
GOT 46% left as im typin this,try for urself then..............

ok....questions now....

do you have any weather widgets running at all? (ie. clock+weather, weather widget)

CetCPU-how is it set?

do you have 3D running? How about animations?

any problems with sense reboots (white screen with HTC icon)

If it's possible, would like to know what your current memory is holding at.....average seems to run about 50-80

There are some tips for save Battery:
- disable "Tell HTC" service: settings -> about Phone ->Tell HTC
- disable Software updates: settings -> about Phone ->Software updates
- change Wi-Fi Sleep policy: settings -> wireless & networks ->Wi-Fi Settings ->15 min
- disable phone finder: Settings -> Location
- disable weather sounds & clockwidget full screen animation
- increase facebook/twitter/stocks sync interval to 4hours or more

I like that weather animation....gonna be hard to disable that one
