Agreed. The whole purpose of this thread is to have minimal adb tools. What's the point of having a 150MB download. The post makes no sense (at least in this thread)
You've completely missed the point of Minimal ADB and Fastboot, this tool was designed to avoid the procedure you've just described and be much smaller then what you mentioned. Last time I checked a less then 1MB installer and 10 seconds of your time is much quicker. Usually I'm fine with a little off topic as I don't mind answering people's questions this however is counter to the spirit of this tool. Please refrain from posting this again, if a mod could kindly remove the last couple off topic posts relating to this but leave this post whenever they get a chance greatly appreciated.
Please ignore those posts, your tool AWESOME and the best solution by far for just doing adb and fastboot on a pc. Download, extract, run. Seconds. Keep up the good work and ignore those dudes please :good:

I switched from "15 seconds adb installer" to your minimal package (since it's more updated) and the only feature I miss is the installation in the hdd root (c:\adb) with the ability to run the installer in any path I am.
For now I've just installed 15s version and overwritten the files with the ones in your package but I hope we can get a new version from you soon

Is there a difference between using this method and doing the full Android SDK set up I need for Nexus ? This is my first time doing it and the Android SDK process is very confusing.
You need the full sdk only if you plan to develop. For just adb fastboot this is sufficient. Even for your Nexus
I was trying to use this tool to flash twrp recovery to my LG V10, but after fast booting to bootloader, when I enter the command to flash twrp (one I have downloaded) it just saus can't open twrp.
Can you give some more detail? Is your bootloader unlocked? Or can you flash twrp without it being unlocked?

This way I can see where it goes wrong, without this I can only guess
There are a couple of ways to fix this, but the error is due to not finding recovery image on your PC
The simplest way to fix the issue is to add the full path in your command, ie
fastboot flash recovery C:\desktop\here\there\recovery.img
In the long run you will be best served by adding a path in your environmental variables to adb/fastboot and then opening cmd in the location the image you want to flash is in
Let me know if this helps, and in the thread I linked you you will find some help with these issues, I think the last few people I helped there was for the same issue you are having

FYI, my symantec anti-virus is flagging this as malicious. It did not do this with previous versions.

Hello everybody as promised before the end of Friday it's 11:30 PM here in Boston and version 1.4.2 of MAF has just been added to the OP! It includes adb and fastboot revisions 0e9850346394-android.
