Best Jelly Bean Rom

So majority saying Elite jelly bean ROM is good to flash? New here so wanted to know which one is best to flash..

It's fast as hell, no bugs/lags or anything that I could pick up in the last 3 days that Im using it. Simply put, one incredible rom from a guy in Turkey. From the look of it, this guy knows what he is doing. It even has OTA, which is an updater that updates your rom without having to format your phone and re-install. I chop and change allot when it comes to operating systems, there's always something new out there, but this one has bowled me over, simply put, one amazing rom.

OK even though this is probably the 20th thread asking this I personally recommend slim bean

Pros:
- Fast, Stable (no random reboots and little FC's only when lots of apps open)
- Heaps of customization options whilst keeping it slim and lite)
- Constant updates fixing bugs and issues
- Runs faster than ICS or GB without over clock
- Great Battery life (Three days with gaming here and there with WiFi and 3g on but that's my personal experience)
- Usable on an everyday basis with no issues
- Great help on the thread (as long as you don't ask dumb questions)
- If krarvind (Owner) finds a bug that is major it is fixed quite quickly if he can

Cons
- Slightly less GPS fix than cm10
- That's all

I have tried hellybean 04/09 & slimbean 2.2. When I play avi files video lags (very slow & stucks). any solution??
