Well I've been running RC2 and test 19.2 for a few days and currently I have 36% battery left with 30ish hours on my uptime without ever utilizing deep sleep. I'm not complaining by any means, this battery life is more than acceptable to me I was just wondering if Worthington was wrong where I can't See to get it to department sleep. At this point I think my only fix would be to wipe and reinstall everything but I'm not that worried about it.

Get better battery stats and check what partial wakelocks are in effect, and disable the apps that are holding the locks. My best guess is either facebook for android or, as it was in my case, skype and google maps.

How do I see what apps are holding it up?

Edit: I downloaded better battery stats and turned off the background stuff for a few apps a bickity-bam deep sleep! Thanks for the tip!

With the new 17b i haven't any sod or rr. My tf never run so long without a sod when i was on 18+ kernel. Docked, no sd and no usb insert.

Still on 17c with over 200 hours uptime! This kernel in combination with Megatron is just awesome ;)

I've changed kernel so many times I can't remember what I am on. I cannot understand how these kernels are numbered in device info. Currently it shows 2.6.39.4-g8fc25a9-dirty livux@Tragon #387. Can someone tell me which kernel this is? Unless I am missing something, it would be nice of the build info corresponded with the file names.

I was reading this and almost fell out the bed. Lmao I truly understand bro. (I can't remember what I'm on)

After more then 30hours with the new 17b i had a SOD. will see if it will come again. If yes i will change back to 17c

Eidt: Ok, I changed to 17c again. I can say that for me it is the last stabe Kernel. with 18+ and the new 17b i have SOD. Everytime my tf goes DeepSleep. B70, no sd-cards or usb inserted, docked.

I'm still on 9.2.1.17 and using ics test 16b. Currently 337 hours without SOD or reboot. Wifi, gps work great. MicroSD in tablet all the time. No dock. Very happy with this kernel.

I ran Better Battery Status and found that it took TF longer to gain deep sleep. To regain quick deep sleep, I had to force stop it from Settings - Apps menu. So its use could result in more battery drain.

I am on v18e, but I suspect such observation is universal. Do you face the same issue?

Just to let you know. I've been using 19.2 for a few days now. I got many SODs even though it worked before. So I switched back to 18e and it's working quite well so far.

Uploaded V19.3

Another try to get pre18 stability.
Changed some compilation options that I'm not sure if can affect TF101G, but other changes are to make 3G work when suspended.
For the non-3g version, as mine, I hope it will sleep better, for the moment it has been working good, with less battery consumption with SD on the dock while sleeping.
If this version works well, I will add some other change that should reduce a bit the consumption, but I preferred to delay it to have more clear view about the stability.

Initially the idea of this kernel was to test some things to see if it improved stability. I would have liked to start with the kernel of Blades, but I don't found the source of the ICS version, so I started from the official source of asus.
With the versions, more people used my kernel, so the initial idea to make a kernel for my personal needs has become more generic, so to some extent, try to apply the suggestions that other do.

I must make clear that this kernel does not exist without the work of others and thanks to free software. Just trying to be a bit, over a huge pyramid.
Thank Blades, Roach2010, clemsyn for his work and all who have commented for your help.

If you want to donate, there is a button on the left and a link below. Do not feel obligated at all and only in gratitude for my work if that has been useful to you.

    Changelog:

Test2 version with 1.64Ghz Max Overclocking. I have increased the voltages (the previous 1.2Ghz was very low). The problem with the frecuency limits was solved by Roach2010. Give thanks to him. No need to have several kernel with different frequencies.

    Test3 Fix bad 3d Clocks on test2. md5 ce39c26f037d9721a5f1071a55a02456

Test4 Added support to lowering the voltage. Works well with Pimp My Cpu (no displacement). md5 006914bcc531e092bab3e127d6fc7797

Test5 Increased voltage at higher frequencies (1.5Ghz and above). Some clocks changed (Perhaps best performance). md5 0d0a76d8c04e8c9c19807286666c6cee

Sorry, but I've been sick and I could not use the computer. The truth is that has been a difficult year and seems the doctors did not match with the solution (the problem is aggravated from time to time).
I will try to rest a few days and hope to return with more energy to continue collaborating.

I compiled a new version for CM9 with small changes in the configuration. If someone want to test it, please confirm if it works or not.
I have also compiled another version for JB eos with best compiler options similar to what I use on my other versions (the former was very similar to the configuration used in eos)
Sorry I can not spend more time at the moment but hopefully I can get in a few days another version for other JB rom.
