This is just plain stupid. I'm sure the program works well, and decompiling an assembled .exe file to add support for secondary language is more difficult than calling the author to obtain the source code.
What's really stupid is that my phone, the Spectrum 2(released Nov. 2012), uses a very powerful dual core snapdragon board which nobody wants to dev for and that's sad.
I attempted to integrate the Qualcomm SDK into the Android source to begin to experiment with little success. It was bloated, and possessed little usefulness.
Something's missing, that, or I'm missing something.

Hi, I was also having this problem. Simply uninstall the JDK 7 and install JDK 6 (from Oracle's archive). The Android SDK is not necessary (the tools ex: adb are already included in ThemePark). Unbelievably now it's working!!! :victory: Forgive my english.

Your English is fine ^^ And thank you for the tips. Oracle's archive needed an account to download files, but I got a direct link from googling the installer's file name. I decided to follow exactly what is instructed here and got the JDK 6u41 for 32-bit.
Attached is the result of my experimenting. BG and icons from the Toona icon set by Sheharzad Arshad:

Hi guys, do you have any idea to how to change lock-screen icons also? I used that program everything worked fine but when i locked my phone i saw that at the lock screen it still uses original LG icons. Execept that issue everything is perfect. I also add a working theme for LG which is probably didn't made up with LG Themepark program. By the way i'm trying to make a theme which is as close as to original stock android. Thnx

np..And yea,i didnt use LG Themepark program. I use old metod: deodex-decompile-moding-compile-sign apk-done

Wow i guess i'm at my luck day, i found the main source of the theme :laugh: Sorry for not giving the credits because i don't have any idea where did i found this theme from
I'm new at these kind of staff and i did't make a theme before, the way that you talked about is a hard way or easy?? Also do you have a stock android theme which includes just the original icons and nothing else more (modified fonts, and changed menu tab colours). Beacuse i just want to replace the icons with the original stock android's icons and i want all other staff stays to be same. I added the icons that i want to use. (these icons really hard to find i spent a lot of time to find them
)

Its hard way..
But if u want only to change icons u can simply change it by deodexed stock theme and then using winrar open theme.apk, push your custom icons there (res-drawable xxx (xxx-your phone resolution))
This will solve your problem with lockscreen icons to

At first page you can see a clear explanation. Just download the needed programs and use it. By LG Theme Park you can create themes at 4 easy steps. After you done if you export your theme in .apk format you can find it in your work file.

when I presso "export" it makes an apk file of 0 kb!
And also if I press Install, it first tells me that the phone's connected but after about 10 seconds it says: Phone disconnected: Refer to user guide!
About the first problem I read it's because of SDK 7... I've to download the SDK 6... anybody can give me the link?

It works for me on 8.1, you need 32bit JDK 8.0 Latest works not 64bit so check that, maybe thats why.2
