I think i read somewhere that you can't install a recovery on 4.3, you need to have it before being on that version, but i am unsure.

The windows and Linux installers will fail both on the JB4.3 roms for the Z1 and Z Ultra... Until we find a way to break up the blockade sony threw up there on locked bootloaders, these will never work.

Also, collect the logs from the recovery and send to [NUT] as he posted on OP.

Same error here!
I've already posted the logs a few posts back (when you first replied to my post)

I have a hunch what the cause could be... I'm on my way home now, I'll have a look if my hunch has some merit to it...

[XZDualRecovery] 2.7.60 BETA released!
BETA Change log:
BETA releases will only appear on http://nut.xperia-files.com and the DevDB thread and as soon as enough people report it to be working fine will it move in to the Q&A thread as a RELEASE version.
Version 2.7.60:
  • Corrected a mistake in the flashable packages, if an insecure ramdisk was not present inside the zip, it would fail the installation
  • Improved the insecure ramdisk implementation, now dr.ramdisk.location will contain the path/to/filename.ext to make it easier to use any space you like for testing.

@[NUT]

I was checking my XZDR.prop and there is not space between dr.enable.initd and dr.insecure.ramdisk

Code:
dr.default.recovery=cwm
dr.vanilla.cwm=false
dr.enable.initd=falsedr.insecure.ramdisk=false
Can this mess things up?

Also I think ADB Sideload using TWRP isn't working (I'll confirm this later).

Yes, it can... but not really: it's not how it's supposed to be anyway... I'll fix that in the next version. You can correct it by hand though

I used a 64G microSD card exFAT FS with Xperia Z1.
In TWRP, the sdcard is reading fine but it can't be used for creating backups.
Is this a bug or exFAT FS support limit? Thanks.
