Ok, back on topic. This is a great ROM, and being one of the first, if not the first, and getting it "this right" so early on in GSIII development is a testament to PhantomHackers talent. I just reflashed back clean to this after adding the Jelly theme because I felt that the theme still needed a lot of work. Not the case with this ROM, it is almost perfect the way it is.
Everything can use a little refinement, here and there, but I really couldn't ask for better. I certainly can't do it myself! If I could, then maybe I could just fix my gripes all by myself and not even mention a word or offer my tweaks in a new thread, or whatever.

Hah did it take a picture of yourself perhaps? If so, could be one of the many 'stolen phone' apps out there trying to capture what it THINKS is a thief with a stolen phone...
(Not that you stole it of course... but I've seen apps that will turn on the camera... take a picture and upload it back to the 'owner' )
Check the gallery or the SD cards DCIM folder to see what it took if anything.

While on a call, the numeric keypads dont work. Nandroided back to 1.5, worked fine. Nandroided back to 1.6 and issue. Bad install or genuine bug?

This ROM is not made for any device other than the Sprint Galaxy S III, if you flash using a different device, I could care less that the browser is force closing on you while watching pr0nz.
Follow these steps or you will probably die.
1) Place ROM on SD Card
2) Nandroid
3) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4) Flash
5) Reboot System
6) Enjoy!

Bug** Sometimes fails to boot completely on reboot, to fix hold down powerbutton until powered off then power back on, repeat if necessary (usually fixes itself on the third power on/off, leading me to believe it is a permission error) (this only happens on 1st reboot)

This sentence is wrong in so many ways.
1) Your implying software expires.
2) Does a ROM need to be updated every other day to be "good".
3) More updates, more bugs
