It only can play with hardware decode,cannot with hardware decode + and software decode,have no picture. With hardware decode,it only can play half movie.
I use mpc-hc on pc,it can play well.

1. Launch VLC Player and go to Media, and then select Convert or Save
2: Next, add input files or streams that need to be transcoded, and then press Convert or Save
3: In the Convert window that appears, provide the file name for the destination file
4: Next, select the desired Codec from the profile list.
6: You can also select to add a new profile or delete any existing profile
7: Next, press Start
Above are the techniques to repair video files. You will be able to play your videos in VLC player or other media players. If not, then go for Video Repair Tool!
