i cannot use anymore my SE Vulcan since it hanged by using the UC browser and i removed the battery and when i turned it on, it does not function. it just hangs with windows screen even until for 12 hours or until its battery drained. please help me revive my phone, i cant waste it because i love it and its features. thank you very much.
