I am having a problem with the keyboard functions.
On my HTC Titan, fully unlocked with a custom ROM, I am able to use the software, albeit slightly laggy, but I can live with that, but the space bar presses are not picked up on the phone. It appears that the software is seeing it as a mouse click on the back button on the software, but it doesn't activate the back action. If I press and hold the space bar, it does add multiple spaces.
Otherwise great software, but I want to us it to type texts on my PC, at the moment I can only really do this with the mouse, which is a little worse than typing with my fingers.

Turns out, it only happens if you use the mouse to press one of the 'soft' buttons of the phone (i.e. the windows or back button)
If you press tab with the program open so the soft buttons are not active, space bar works fine.
This now means I can use the software for what I want - so great job!

EDIT: *.xap file installs fine, asking for root access when starting I grant that, but PC application quits with the following message. I guess, it's normal right, so just Google the required soft update, install it and re-try, right?
I don't rmemeber exactly, check pls instuctionst on teh web, I think that was needed installed niniWPSDK and also apps in .NET so try instal latest framework.

this app is really cool
I whished for something similar in Windows Phone Device Manager.
Just some advices/suggestions (I know this is a beta version) :
1) This is still too laggy, you need to do some optimization (the task running on the phone makes it lagging too)
2) It would be great if you could use the desktop keyboard to write on the phone
3) It would be great it the client could connect to Host names other than IPs

I did. Still nothing. When I open phone client and click start, I get "access denied" at lower left and # of seconds above the start button.
