I believe you can however get an adapter for a commodore 64 cartridge and root it using a copy of Klax.
Only if you have at 8GB SD Card in the card slot, as the OTA updates will be extra large to account for you having rooted the dock. Also, watch out for the over heating dock bug that can occur after you root it.

I believe that is normal functionality and is how the developers are trying to achieve root on the B90 and before docks.

Only on the European version. On all others it is #
does your dock have a British accent? If not, it may be the # key as previously stated.
I think I have the french version. It keeps waving a white flag at me. Is it rootable and where is the root key
Is it a higher than B100 version?
If it is rootable, it's on the back as that would be the part you'd see as it runs away.
