I am not familiar to flashing roms however I rooted my LG motion and made and adjustment that caused it to go into a loop. I pressed the volume button along with the power button and it now says its in download mode. How do I flash a new rom into it in download mode. I need to know where the programs are that do the actual flashing. I also need to find the right rom file to flash into it.
Thank you for your help. Keep in mind that I am a noobie to using a rooted phone and to flashing roms. It is greek to me so I appreciate if you can take this into consideration when you give me the instructions.
