Good evening everyone. Traded in my s5 today And got the m8.

Few questions. Does HTC show the screen on time?

And does the data icon always show? Even with wifi on and data off?

Only in the History graph in Settings. Where it used to just say the screen on time in hours/minutes/seconds was removed on HTC phones a long time ago (since Sense 5? Can't quite remember).

Yes, that's a normal AT&T thing. As long as a data network is present, the data icons will show up (even if you aren't connected to the data network).

If you flash a non-AT&T base ROM, the data icons will only show when actually connected to the data network.
