The program is aimed at the U.S./Canadian market, we cannot ship devices outside of the U.S. and Canada.

I manage to get recovery to boot and system too.
Here is the kernel (works on my phone) : http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12943198/kernel.elf

To boot into recovery, press the volume key just after the sony logo appear. There are no leds right now, I'm working on that.
To boot into system, no intervention required.

It's stock kernel + FreeXperia recovery. I use a wrapper script instead of the init binary to select the correct init.rc if it's recovery or not.
So, no more bootrec.
I'll upload sources to github in the evening

I tried a backup and it works. Restore not tested though, but it should work.

A version with DoomLord's autoroot and init.d is on the way

---------- Post added at 05:42 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:36 PM ----------

Updated Version :
- autoroot
- init.d support
- system partition mounted by default on recovery (fix adb)

anyone tried this updated one yet because it doesnt look like a valid kernel image to me. I suspect you might have packaged up the wrong file for the ramdisk because it doesnt look right.

nevermind: just 7zip getting confused about the file format
