Nice to see how fast development is happening here. Just a suggestion, change your font color from green. It's hard to read on the phone xda app.

Excellent this is, thanks :)

Can I just confirm that all I need to do is download this and it has all the required drivers for the phone?

Then turn phone on in fast boot mode and run the tool kit?

Instructions are in the Kit and The drivers aren't in it YET. My home internet is CRAP and drivers and factory images will be included in v1.1 that will be released Monday.
Sorry.

My first suggestion would be to go to windows device manager and there's a setting in there somewhere to show all hidden items. Uninstall everything you know to be an android / Samsung driver that you can see. If your not certain on an item leave it for safeties sake. When you are done with that uninstall kies or any programme like it. Reboot PC. Then download a driver package you know to be a working one, I recommend Google SDK manger (first time using it today also) and then follow my advice from my other post, dont let windows find the software for you, choose the location as to where SDK downloads it (shown when you see it on the screen). Bear in mind you need to install adb (android debugging) and fast boot drivers which you just follow the procedure above, you just wont have to uninstall old / obsolete / broken drivers. It sounds more complicated than it is, I'm no developer just a seasoned amature who likes the general convenience of these kits :)

I did all those, and it didn't work ("device not found"). Then I realized that I didn't turn on USB Debugging.

    The complete steps:
    1. Go to settings -> about phone -> tab "build number" 7 times.
    2. Hit back once, click the newly appeared "developer options", then enable USB debugging
    3. Download and unzip the newest USB driver: http://developer.android.com/sdk/win-usb.html
    4. Plug in the USB cable, a pop up asking for authorization from your PC will show up. Click authorize/ok/allow
    5. Open "Device Manager" on your PC (Visual steps here: http://www.theandroidsoul.com/nexus-5-driver-adb-fastboot-installation-guide/)
    6. Under other devices, there should be a device with yellow exclamation mark, double click it, click update driver
    7. Browse to the USB driver folder where you unzipped the stuffs from step 3 and select the driver file.
    8. Open the toolkit and unlock away!
