I just wanted to say that this is a great ROM and I really appreciate all of your work on it. I also wanted ask if there is something I am missing since there are rarely any posts but daily updates. I keep trying different ROMs but I always come back here. Usually the same day. For me this is the best one out there.

nothing too fancy, bugfixes and optimizations under the hood.
lately we were working on a few new device bringups, new features will come soon again
also we now offer weeklies, they are build every sunday, are bigger than nightlies as they are odexed.
generelly they should give a smoother experience, as additional debugging is disabled and the apps are odexed
Quick question, I'm getting a FC when trying to open the Downloads.apk, I deleted the DocumentsUI.apk, could that be a reason for it? Its android.process.media fc, I just want to know if its a user issue or not
Edit: I reinstalled the DocumentUI.apk & the downloads.apk works now, I didn't think it was that needed

Downloads depends on Documents, if you delete Documents, it kills downloads.
like if you remove the fuel of your car, your car wont drive anymore too.
That would make a lot of sense, I thought they worked separately, all this time I was pretty much thinking that the documentui.apk was just another file browser, deff was a problem on my side then, by the way, ROM is running amazing as usual & I'm pretty much in love with the device control app, its so clean O.O,
oh & a little request for the updater app, would it be possible to include an option in the app itself to hide it from the launcher?, since you can find it via the setting?, not a big deal because I can just use the launcher to hide it, but just kinda wondering

no, documents is supposed to be a sharing framework.
eg you have a browser or whatever open and want to upload a picture, you can choose it from the documents.

I see, that might come in handy after all,
& haha, no problem, I noticed you had it on the DeviceControl.apk, so I knew you must have had it in mind
