i have tried it and still no luck
Don't worry dude, most of us india have errors, but the key is to wait. Just be patient, it will eventually be fixed. Wait for atmost 2 weeks (most likely you'll be able to unlock bootloader in a week), if still you don't get the permission, then reapply for permission.
it gonna solve by it self ? maybe the problem is from it server.. i think 80623 : hardwareid problem is coming from hardware.. haha thanks dude..
U don't needa do anything, but what you gonna do is, whenever you feel like trying ro unlock the bootloader, then just try binding the device, and just try unlocking the bootloader from the pc software . (Don't care what it says)
