So that is no prove that this will work on cm7
I just read a bit on the q&a section in the OP. He said he would work on the cm7 version but he never finished it. So i am now sure that it wont work on cm7/aosp gingerbread

That's not quite right. I said I worked on a CM7 port together with YardE which is alpha only and discontinued by both of us.
But the SkyHigh kernel is also available for AOSP and CM7 (alpha) ROMs as well and in different versions up to 1.4d. Unfortunately it has no own thread and I can't remember the exact location so just use the search function of the forum and you should at least find a V1.3 and a V1.4d GB AOSP version of SkyHigh.
But beware: ALL available GB AOSP & CM7 ROMs for the i9001 are based on YardE's and my ALPHA CM7 ROM which still has a lot of bugs/problems. And these problems are NOT kernel related like I explained in mazen's AOSP and CM7 thread (which are mods of our ALPHA CM7 ROM), these are ROM problems.
I also explained some status details of the SkyHigh kernel on the last page in post #499, did you read that ?
BTW @metalrules321: castagnaIT, ivendor and broodplank are still developing their kernels, so if you want something updated which also comes with ICS or JB just have a look there. Oh, I see you already do.
So GB is outdated as 99% of all users here on xda-dev seem to think anyway, so why bothering about it ?
