for those who have camera freezing after first shot - try to change radio!
1.37p=>1.100 worked for me

Where the links to the different radios? I haven't been able to find them. (You have to admit, looking through the thread titles in an Development section is neither quick nor easy on the eyes.)

On another note, Does anyone else have a screwed up menu when long pressing the power button?

Not to be an ass or anything, but . . .

Really ****ty of anyone to be making demands the way you did there. He does what he can (and a great job, if must say so myself). If you don't like it, flash something else and stop your whining.

They were in the 3.x versions ...I miss the fb sync its the one thing blur was good 4

0.4.1 + GApps 11 works well. Joker is the best.

When I was young and stupid I played with SBFs. And once flashing 2.3.4 did fail at the very end so I had to reflash. From that I never flashed anything twice.

I don't understand why it should be flashed twice if the first flash succeeded?

Using root explorer, move the app to system > apps and set permissions. I don't have it as a system app though and everything's fine. As for the second question, you can back up the apps settings and configuration via the app itself or titanium backup. No worries there.

Edit

I keep trebucket installed still just in case.

I don't remember exactly word for word what Joker said, but if i remember correctly, it basically has to do with how some things are installed. Certain bits get installed by being copied from what already existed on the device. I believe he said that if you were previously running another version of his ROM, a reflash shouldn't be required, but if you go from another rom such as Neutrino to CM9, it's recommended to flash twice.

I read few pages back that something doesn't have the permissions to write, the first time, then after that its fine. Or something like that. Do a thread search for twice?

Edit: what the poster above said :)

Edit: I am using radio 1.100, but I still have camera issues. It might be because I didn't full wipe though.

Yea.... i tend to have a fairly good memory if i read something that seems important. other than that i'm pretty much boned. haha

As for the post being referenced, here's the link to the post:

http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=23775594&postcount=5403

Mentions the whole "Why should i flash twice" reasoning a bit over halfway through.

jokersax11 said:
Why should I only wipe system if coming from a non-cm9 based rom?
Cm9 has install scripts that copy certain noncm parts from system, installs then puts it back. If nothing is there it can't copy. Thus flashing twice.

Ok, I know I must be an idiot for not figuring this out but it seems like there are two different locations for trying to get this to work between the SDSwitch.zip file and a CyanogenMod setting.

All I'm looking to do is have my main storage for the OS and all installed apps be the internal 16GB of storage, and my external SD card to have literally only one folder in it (/Music) without any apps or ROM components installed on it. From the stages of initially flashing the ROM, could someone explain to me how to do this? I'm getting a combination of files on both SD cards every time I try something different and it's infuriating.

i cant switch the "sd" with the sd-switchfix, its installing everything on removable sd card.

i already marked "use internal storage" and rebooted.

the only way to install on internal was removing the sd card, what can i do to fix this?

im using the 0.4.1 and its incredible fast.

the lights from buttons doesnt turn on anymore? im just saw this right now on darkness

thanks for you excelent work!

edit-
turn on turn off a several times the "use internal storage" and now everything is going to internal memory.
