Warning: The point of this thread is not to spread warez. This is a qHD iGO skin for those that own a legitimate copy of iGO for Android.

Credits: The original skin was created by a user mariupol1963. Other thin versions were developed and are supported by luboz. Cheers to these guys!
I will try to get in touch with him and see if he accepts donations for his good work.

I have personally tested this and it works on my phone. Instructions below.


Instructions:

- Download the skin. (latest version 3.3.3 from mariupol1963 link below)

- Uninstall your current iGO version. Remove everything from the folder iGO/save on your SD card, except for user.upoi, /routes, poi_visibilities.txt

- Extract the archive. Copy everything from the folder "iGO" to your iGO folder on the SD card. If files exist - overwrite.

- Install iGOMyWay_8.4.2.XXXXXX_thin_v1.X.apk (latest version 1.7 from luboz link below)

1. speedcam.txt is supported ->
Only need to add to sys.txt
has_secondary_root=0
Thx to stegra1000 for this knowledge.

If somebody need this, there is Thins of old iGO.
I recomended to try Thin 1.2 of old iGO for stock roms (use external command "toolbox ln" to create links).
For custom roms I recomended Thin 1.1 of old iGO (use "ln" commands to create links)

Note: It's highly recommended to use the new versions, since they work better with 2.3.4 roms, resolving voice issues.

I can't install iGOMyWay_8.4.2.139242_thin_v1.2.1.apk over iGOMyWay_8.4.2.139242_thin_v1.2.apk. I have to uninstall v1.2 first and after that install v.1.2.1, right?

For me both installed just fine. Try uninstalling 1.2 first, installing 1.2.1 and let us know if it works. :cool:

Ugh, just noticed that everyone who's having problems is using HTC Sensation.
1.2.1 is probably just an update on top of 1.2, not a complete app, though I have not clue what the differences are.

Anyway, if 1.2 works, I recommend using that. I will try to get in touch with the author of this skin in the meantime.

Hi, thanks you very much for posting this skin.
It works for me, the only drawback is that this skin is not as complete as dimKa skin, but still it's very good :)

Hey, it's nice that you are registered on XDA as well ;)

I tried to PM you on 4pda, but with no success. We will be waiting for version 3.3 for sure. ;)

It shows a message "Program application database cannot be found".

Seems like you extracted the iGO folder to the wrong place, check your folder structure.

Also, make sure you overwrite all the files when copying.
