I had mailed to sales@dailysteals.com complaining the shipment delay yesterday and this is what reply I received from them today.
" We recently received the Samsung Galaxy Nexus phones in from our supplier. However, a small portion of the shipment was incomplete. If you are receiving this email, your order was not included in the initial shipment.
I got the same email (I ordered at 3:15pm). I kept my order in place, I could not find a deal within $100 of this one. If it gets delayed beyond next week I will cancel though.
Also I hear they do not notify when they ship (guess emails are too expensive) so you have to either check their site or UPS's track-by-reference with your order number.
Really stupid customer care. I'd think with a big splash sale like this one they'd try extra hard to make a good impression. I will never buy from them again.
