I got the same email (I ordered at 3:15pm). I kept my order in place, I could not find a deal within $100 of this one. If it gets delayed beyond next week I will cancel though.

Also I hear they do not notify when they ship (guess emails are too expensive) so you have to either check their site or UPS's track-by-reference with your order number.

Really stupid customer care. I'd think with a big splash sale like this one they'd try extra hard to make a good impression. I will never buy from them again.

They're not out to scam anyone. Hell, I'd gladly take over someone's order if they didn't want it. If anyone is seriously considering this, PM me. I want to see if I can work out a deal with DailySteals to transfer the order to me.

    I will say.. no returns at all unless the product was defective. I had to deal with return for a Jawbone Icon I bought a while ago, not sure was it this site, but it was one of those deal site that ships from NY... It was defective, took a few days to RMA, otherwise, there should be no return for any product purchased from those sites from my experience.
