hard reset?????

how do you do a hard reset??????and how do you do a soft reset?????????please help i have no other choice

Go to start/settings/system

Then select "Clear Storage".

That will hard reset it.

Or you could just hold the comm manager button and voice button while pressing the reset button with the stylus...
