[Q] How to list my contacts by last name

Hi, everybody.
I'm using Samsung Galaxy S4, 4.3 version.
I want to sort my contacts by last name.
But I found I can't change the order even if I selected "list by last name". (see attachments)
It seems the setting worked for me in 4.2.2 version.
