You won't 'feel' anything from the call recorder...
Battery drain is the same as on kernels without the patch..
Just do not install the call recorder program if you do not want to record your calls..

Try the latest, v17.. I've used v16 and it worked great and v17 is pretty much the same thing except call recording.. only thing added to v17.. so I would recommend you flash that one and see.. nothing to loose right

I did, same thing still not work
Any chance of a UV800 kernel like v11? I'm still using that as the battery life cannot be beat.
Did you try on demand? No freeze here with on demand governor.
